When a Bosch Service Dealer maintains or repairs your vehicle, you’ll not only be assured of expert service and support but peace of mind in knowing you’re covered with Bosch all around Australia, in the unlikely event of a product and/or repair failure.

At the customer’s request the customer will return all-old/replaced parts for inspection. We also guarantee that all parts used for the repair will be original as per manufacturer’s parts list. 

The manufacturer gives a 12-month warranty on all Bosch and Zexel parts. However if contamination is evident or incorrect fitting caused the failure that warranty will not be honoured, all labour is warranted for 12 months with the same limitations.

All warranty claims must be notified to us.

If the problem part requires attention and is not convenient to be returned to us for repair we will nominate a repairer closest to the vehicle/machinery (nation wide) and will direct and arrange repairs to an authorised repairer.

This is to ensure that all warranty repairs will be carried out to manufacturer’s standards. Unfortunately we do not cover cost of down time.
